We are seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant (TA2) with SEND experience to join our Key Stage 1/Key Stage 2 team, to work term time plus one week.

At Crab Lane Primary School, our aim is to deliver the highest quality of education to all our pupils.

We are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting and nurturing young children in the primary sector.

It is crucial that the candidate can assist in teaching and learning across all areas of the curriculum, including interventions.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Implementing personalised learning plans to cater to the specific needs of each pupil, under the guidance of the teacher. Encouraging positive behaviour and aiding the teacher in managing behaviour. Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to establish a positive and inclusive learning environment. Demonstrating an understanding of children with social, communication, and interaction needs. Showing dedication to providing extensive one-to-one support to a pupil. Working closely with the SENDCo to review progress and strategies Contribute to creating resources for SEND pupils
