Are you a detail-oriented and organised professional looking for a rewarding role in education? Look no further Our client, a prominent educational institution, is seeking a School Administrator to join their dedicated team. As an Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of meetings in schools, support with administration needs and monitor email inbox.
- Full-time, Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week, Office hours
- This is a temporary role to cover a busy period until end of March.
- £12.84 per hour
- Ystrad Mynach, Cardiff
What You'll Do:
- Provide administrative support in meetings
- Clerking meetings and sending out agendas
- Operate PowerPoint presentations
- Take notation of discussions and questions within meetings
- Send out meeting notes to attendees following the meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support administratively
- Keeping online databases up to date
- Supporting 4-5 Schools, average of 8 meetings per term
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
