As a Financial Adviser within this business, you will play a crucial role in providing holistic financial advice to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert financial planning services to an established client bank.
  • Understand the client's unique financial needs and chart the course to their financial goals.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage a client bank of with approximately £20 million AUM (post probation).
  • Leads are passed weekly to expand your portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of solid advisory experience.
  • Ideally chartered or very close to achieving Chartered status.
  • Strong track record in client relationship management.
  • Ability to generate new business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

  • Salary: £52,500+ (close to Chartered) to £62,500+ (Chartered). The salaries are negotiable dependant on experience.
  • Generous fee split once validation targets are met
  • If you bring on new clients they are "Ringfenced" for your future security.
