Property Inspector

Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 3 weeks
Working Pattern: Full Time /35 hours/ M-F
Hourly rate: £14.72
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections in accordance with the Housing, Health & Safety, Requirements, Standards (HHSRS) guidelines
- Complete detailed reports outlining any potential hazards or issues discovered during inspections
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Provide recommendations for improvement to ensure properties meet required standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections and findings
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Completion of HHSRS training
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in property inspection or related field
- Knowledge of local regulations and legislation related to property inspections
Technologies:
- Proficiency in using digital inspection tools
- Knowledge of relevant software and systems
