About the Role

As Cement Euipment Operator you will be preparing and maintaing cementing equipment and materials. Ensure the availability and proper condition of cementing tools and supplies. Adjust cementing processes based on real-time data and job requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing the daily operation and maintenance of equipment needed to perform services per customer's specifications.( cementing unit, cement head , batch mixer , pump unit , bulk silos, air compressor ).
  • Performing and Operating cement unit , and pressure test jobs. Set packers . Maybe trained in operating more than one type of equipment or combinations of equipment and/or processes. Conduct pre-mobilization equipment checks and load-outs.
  • Preparing Rig-up equipment and hook up to existing client/site facilities.
  • Ensuring all auxiliary and service equipment is maintained and classified 'ready for use'.
  • Reporting all accidents, incidents, near misses or unsafe conditions and take all necessary steps to prevent accidental damage to property, plant, equipment or the environment.
  • Operating equipment in accordance with safety and Client procedures.
  • Undertaking general maintenance duties as required to ensure equipment status and availability.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Have at least 4 to 5 years Pressure Pumping CMT experience.
  • Has experience running Pump unit , Batch mixer , bulk plant .
  • Show mechanical ability and aptitude.
  • Be able to work at land operation.
  • Be able to work varied work schedule and be available for a 24 hour call out as necessary.
  • Be available to join our team quickly and to work in Kuwait
  • Rotation: 6x1
