This is a great opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef within this stunning hotel in this idylic spot by the coast.You will be leading the brigade to cook for this well established 60 bedroom hotel and restaurant.Using all fresh ingredients, you will be responsible for the 90 cover restaurant and occasional events.The successful Chef should come from a hotel background and ideally have cooked to a 1 or 2AA rosette standard.You will be working closely with the Executive Head Chef to manage a team of 8 Chefs for this flagship property.Generous salary and service charge. Accomodation can be offered short term for anyone relocating.
