Spa Receptionist

If you get a thrill from being the friendly face of the Spa and take pride as the first line of contact, then you'll be a great fit in our customer-facing reception team. We're looking for someone who excels at creating a fantastic customer experience. Well-presented with outstanding communication skills, you have an excellent phone manner and a passion for great service. A can-do attitude and experience working within the hospitality industry would put you in a strong position.

Your role will involve working as part of the team to deliver high quality service for all guests and visitors to the hotel and spa, including dealing with enquiries and answering phones efficiently.

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for our guests visiting the spa. This role involves managing appointments, greeting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring that the spa operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Guest Services: Greet all spa guests with a warm and friendly welcome. Provide information about spa services, treatments, and facilities.
• Appointment Management: Schedule and manage spa appointments efficiently. Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure timely and smooth operations.
• Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries. Respond promptly and professionally to all guest queries and concerns.
• Check-In and Check-Out: Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for spa guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Sales and Promotions: Promote and upsell spa services, treatments, and products. Inform guests of current promotions, packages, and loyalty programs.
