Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join our KS1 team. The post holder will be expected to work closely with others in their phase team. This post is temporary for two terms.

The successful candidate will:-

Be an exemplary classroom practitioner. In KS1. Have a proven track record of good or outstanding teaching. Possess boundless energy and enthusiasm for making learning fun Is an enthusiastic and imaginative individual who will create a stimulating and vibrant learning environment Have high expectations, a commitment to high standards. Be up for a challenge and have a ‘can do’ outlook Be committed to working as a team with all staff Be committed to CPD for yourself and others Be willing to contribute to the life of our school and community Have a sense of humour

Experience of working with children with SEN and disabilities is highly desirable and commitment to inclusion is essential. The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check and we will require proof of identity and relevant qualifications prior to the appointment being made according to the Local Authority’s policy on safeguarding children and safer recruitment. The school is committed to ensuring a vigilant and safe school culture, committed to Safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children and expects staff and volunteers to share this and work within an agreed school code of conduct.
