Ticketing Services Assistant (Casual)
Cultural Venues (based at Usher Hall)

Salary: £21, - £21, (pro rata for part time)
Hours: Casual hours

Cultural Venues is made up of the Usher Hall, Assembly Rooms, Church Hill Theatre and Ross Bandstand. The venues host a range of concerts from rock and pop to classical, as well as talks from inspiring speakers and fun events for all the family.

We are looking for customer focused individuals to be part of the casual box office staff pool, mainly based at Usher Hall.

Successful candidates will be expected to provide excellent service to customers, ensuring they have a consistently positive experience.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of working in a fast paced, service environment and be able to demonstrate excellent IT and communication skills, in writing and in person.

There are no guaranteed hours. Candidates will be part of a pool of staff and the number of hours offered will be based on your availability and the volume of events at the venue.

It is essential that candidates are available to work evening and weekends.

Weekday evening shifts start from 5.00pm. Weekend shifts start at 12.45pm. Some daytime availability is desirable.

As a casual position, this post is not suitable for those only interested in full time work.
