Your role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, talented and motivated Music Administrator to support the Director of Music, on a PA level, and the whole of the Music department in the administration of events planning and music lessons.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for checking invoices, liaising with parents and peripatetic Music Teachers, to ensure a smooth delivery of Music across Woodbridge School.

The school offers GCSE Music (Edexcel) and Music A Level (Eduqas). The PA/Administrator will contribute to supporting the successful delivery of the music department, to ensure all our students reach their full potential.

You will need:

education to GCSE level at grade 3 or equivalent and above including Mathematics and English previous experience in an administrative role competent IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
