Join our team of dynamic and customer-oriented Service Advisors in Yeovil. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and maintaining our reputation for excellence. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the service department. Audit and maintain files to ensure accuracy and compliance. Schedule and book services for customers. Process orders and invoices accurately and efficiently. Deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or automotive. Strong administrative skills and a proactive nature. Valid driver's licence.
