Kiddywinks Nursery are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join their team. The successful applicant must hold a DfE approved early years and childcare qualification at level 3.

Duties will include:

To work alongside all policies and procedures correctly and to ensure Kiddywinks ethos and values are upheld at all times To assist in making the provision and the children are the best they can be at all times Promoting all areas of the foundation stage Helping children reach the next steps Interacting and supporting children in a positive way to foster their enthusiasm for learning Planning the indoor and outdoor environment in order to provide a positive context for learning and teaching Provide experiences and activities that are challenging but achievable Working with others to plan and co-ordinate work Meeting requirements for the observation, assessment and recording of children’s development Sharing knowledge gained with other practitioners and parents Organising time and material resources Using creative and practical skills to prepare learning materials Attending in service training Organising and attending outings Keeping the nursery in a clean and tidy state To ensure confidentiality at all times To attend regular staff meetings.

General care of children to include:

Changing nappies Feeding Cleaning All other essential needs
