Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a prestigious legal firm with their search for a Renewals Administrator. Their offices are located in the heart of Bristol, just minutes from Bristol Temple Meads.

The company are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive person, who wants to professionally develop and learn within a progressive company. Their clients are at the heart of everything they do, so they require a highly organised and people focused individual, who wants to make a difference and become an integral part of the administration team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing renewals and updating case status. Chasing outstanding documents. Monitoring reminders from overseas agents. Checking and creating invoices. Issuing renewal reminders to clients. Completing ad hoc administration duties.

You will have:

Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written. Great attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to pick up tasks quickly.

Hybrid working available.
