The school will need to ensure that they are not knowingly employing a person who is disqualified under the 2018 Regulations in connection with relevant childcare provision. Accordingly, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate to the school, by completing a self-declaration form as part of the pre-employment checks process, that they have not been disqualified under the 2018 Regulations.

If the preferred candidate is found to be disqualified under the 2018 Regulations, the offer of employment will be subject to the application by the preferred candidate to Ofsted for a waiver and the receipt of a waiver from Ofsted.

Guestling Bradshaw CE Primary School is a popular school with a capacity for 218 pupils. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time EYFS Class Teacher to join our wonderful school from September 2024

The successful candidate will:

Have experience of working in the EYFS. Have bundles enthusiasm and creativity, with a desire to nurture a love of learning in all our children. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and staff. Nurture a strong behaviour for learning culture within their classroom, with high expectations. Be passionate about making learning fun, relevant, enjoyable and challenging.  Have a secure knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and handbook. Demonstrate an understanding of high-quality teaching and learning strategies in the EYFS. Demonstrate the ability to adapt teaching to meet pupils’ needs across all areas of the EYFS curriculum. Have the ability to communicate a vision and inspire others. Support our Christian ethos.
