We are currently looking for a passionate Commis Chefto join our KitchenDepartmenton a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As aCommis Chef, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

Carry out all reasonable requests ensuring the quality of work is in line with the company red star standards.

Demonstrate high professional and behaviour standards in line with company policy.

Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the departments SOP and in line with company red star standards.

Ensuring all labels stored, date coded and rotated in line with the company food safety policy.

Assist in completing the daily check list regarding food storage.

Ensure understanding and compliance of the hotels food and health and safety policies.

You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
