Job Description

Role: Speech and Language Therapist


Band: 7/8a

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated team at Medacs Healthcare working within the Speech and Language Therapy service based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation trust working between Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex Hospital. Working through Medacs Healthcare, you'll play a crucial part in providing Speech and Language therapy to paediatric patients.

To be successful in this role you will need:



  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • At least 2 years post-graduate experience.
  • 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
  • You will need to pass an enhanced background check.
  • BSC or diploma in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Acute Paediatric experience - must have paediatric dysphagia experience in acute wards

Desirable criteria:



  • neonatal dysphagia assessment and management
  • VF assessment and interpretation
