About the position

  • Mentoring Therapists
  • Oversee the Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure that the treatment rooms are spotless
  • Assist the Manager with administration duties
  • Provide a fantastic guest experience
  • Train and develop the team

The successful candidate

  • Will have at least 3 years previous experience managing a team
  • Level 3 Beauty Therapist Qualification required
  • Previous experience in spa
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Excellent communicator and leader
  • Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
