For our division IT ,at our locationin Köln we are looking for a

IT PortfolioManager (m/f/d) YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
  • Take ownership of the overall ITproject portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals andobjectives.
  • Ensure transparent tracking andreporting of progress for IT projects.
  • Provide support in defining, developing, and specifying portfoliomethods and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) necessary foreffective process control.
  • Coordinatemanagement committees by preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes,and assisting in the creation of management documents.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs)to facilitate regular monitoring and reporting of project progress.
  • Drive the continuous improvement andenhancement of project and project portfolio management processes.
  • Manage the operational aspects of thetransformation program, including monitoring deadlines, progress,quality, and budgetary considerations.
YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
  • Completed university degree in a relevant field of study such asInformation Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration,or related field.
  • Proven experience in ITproject management and portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies andpractices.
  • Proficient in presenting resultsand moderating meetings/workshops.
  • Skilledin cross-departmental coordination and consistent follow-up ofagreed measures.
  • Knowledgeable in projectmanagement methods like Prince 2, Agile, ITIL, or Lean.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP,PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency inproject management tools and software such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German andEnglish.
