Job summary:
The role consists of 38 hours per week, supporting a positive staff team to provide a calm, caring environment for the children in our care.
The successful candidate will be given a comprehensive induction and supported to flourish in an environment which promotes each staff member to be the best version of themselves.

You will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
Have a full and relevant level 3 qualification in childcare Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning Have strong written and verbal communication skills A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to support staff in using the framework Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice Ideally previous experience in a similar role Be a good team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit family Have the ability to use initiative and to create inspiring and creative activities Be positive, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children Good organisation and delegation skills Previous experience working with outside agencies desirablePlease view the job description for full details (attached below).
