BRIEF
LEGGWORK is working with a Southwest Contractor on an office fit-out in Weston Super Mare. We are looking to get the candidate started as soon as possible with works beginning on Monday the 19th of August. You will need a strong background in site management and have worked on similar projects. This project is set to last for 5 weeks.
WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF ME?
To utilise your experience and knowledge that you have built over time to help solve any minor issues that arise on site Read and correctly Interpret drawings and plans in order to communicate a clear plan to Tradespeople and sub contractors Have the ability to clearly explain tasks and instructions to other members of the team Be able to motivate a team and keep morale high. Able to oversee a team and keep on track with task deadlines Liaise with the relevant people regarding ordering materials Other duties as required Reliable, hard-working, and good attitude
WHAT WILL I NEED?
A healthy amount of experience in site management roles A broad understanding of the various roles on site An up-to-date and well-organised CV Two recent work references NVQ's and relevant qualifications within this field are desirable Reliable plan to commute to work Be available to interview as soon as possible SSSTS or SMSTS Ticket
