Job description

About the role:

You will undertake particular tasks relating to validation of client data on the Social Services

ICT Systems to support management information. You will act as a link between ICT teams

and operational teams on support/software issues, undertake the training of Social Services

staff and assist in the User Acceptance Testing of Social Services ICT systems

About you:

Excellent ICT skills (Microsoft Office and database packages)Good organisational, administrative and communication skillsAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a team.Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.Systematic and analytical approach to problem solving.Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

What you will do:

Work closely with Operational Team Managers and team members to provide on-going support and advice in relation to the Social Services systems, eg,WCCIS, Sharepoint, Insight Centre and Power BI, and acts as a link between the Quality Assurance Team, the ICT teams and the operational teams.Extract information from the Social Services information database, e.g. viaCorporate Insight Centre, to provide regular performance reports to the Operational Team Managers.Undertake regular information audits on a one- to -one basis with operational staff members to ensure the validity of data and to support performance management information and the quality assurance framework.Act as the Service Portal Administrator for the Power BI app to act as the link between the Team Managers and the operational team members. To ensure the reporting system is used effectively and to generate statistical evidence of team performance.Continuously seek to identify improvements that can be made to processes and procedures to streamline the use of systems.Assist the operational teams by identifying and then progressing the deletion or transfer of forms, activities and attachments opened in error or duplicated, the reallocation and closure of referrals and/or errors deletions within Adult’s Services Teams
