Traded Advertisements and DBS Team Leader

The Recruitment Team are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join us as a Traded Advertising and DBS Services Manager.

As the responsible individual for these critical services, you will play a key role in ensuring that our traded advertising process is responsive, high quality and maximises income. You will also manage our DBS service, ensuring that it provides an efficient application process for both our staff and external clients and has the safety of services users and their data at the heart of all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Traded advertising process to provide a responsive, high-quality service for external clients while maximising income and ensuring the optimum candidate experience. Manage the DBS service to provide an efficient application process for both DCC staff and external clients. Ensure regulatory compliance of all external advertisements and the DBS processes. Liaise with wider Recruitment and HR Services team to ensure that DBS processing is supporting the efficient on-boarding of DCC staff. Manage and coach a team of HR Services Customer Service Advisors to provide efficient and effective traded advertising and DBS services. Produce, analyse and evaluate data on external advertisements and DBS processing that can be used for effective decision making on enhancing the services provided. Maintain an awareness and understanding of current and future developments in legislation within DBS processing. Commit to and engage in continued personal and professional development.

Key Requirements:

Experience in DBS processing within DCC. Strong communication and leadership skills. Great customer service capability and a willingness to speak with external and internal clients. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A good understanding of regulatory compliance related to advertising and DBS processes. Willingness to promote a friendly and high performing work environment.
