The job itself
The Governors of Paull Primary School wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work within our School.
The successful candidate will be expected to support children within the classroom under the guidance of the Class Teacher.
Candidates would ideally have previous experience of working with young children and have a minimum NVQ Level 1 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent. It is also desirable that the candidate has worked with a child on a 1:1 basis or with an EHCP.
We are looking for someone with a firm, patient and friendly personality who is able to relate well to children aged 4-11 years with a variety of needs. Applicants are encouraged to indicate their personal strengths and areas of expertise they would bring to the school.
