Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a leading care home provider to recruit Registered Nurses for their beautiful Nursing Home based in Christchurch Dorset.

The home provides personcentred care to elderly residents who require general nursing respite palliative/endoflife and residential care as well as specialist dementia care.

Interview Process:

The interview process will be in a onestage format.

  • Stage One Inperson interview with the Home Manager



The Candidate:

Working within a team of amazing Nurses and Carer’s you’ll be responsible for the health and wellbeing of the homes residents applying sound clinical judgement to manage a wide variety of conditions including dementia. You will lead and empower colleagues to provide outstanding individualised nursing care and regularly updating personcentred care plans.

Requirements:

  • You will be a registered nurse RGN RMN or RNLD with Clinical skills and will have a valid NMC pin.
  • You will be passionate about caring for the elderly and always strive to provide great quality care making every day better than the last; promoting our core values: maintaining independence and dignity to our service users.
  • You’ll be up to date with current evidencebased practice and have a working knowledge of Care Inspectorate Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality.
  • You will be a team player demonstrating outstanding communication skills and will be able to demonstrate effective teamwork as part of a multidisciplined team as a Registered Nurse.
