What our newest staff member offers about the team :

“I joined the Children with Disabilities team in January 2023, leaving a lovely team in adults social care which I enjoyed, and I was nervous about starting a new role in a new team – would people be as supportive and nice as my current role? Would I enjoy the role? However, I shouldn’t have worried, I couldn’t be happier. The role is challenging yet very rewarding and the team including managers could not be more supportive and friendly. Since joining the team, I have had the opportunity to develop in my role, being afforded the opportunity to complete a wide range of training courses. I love supporting the children and families I work with.”
