The ideal candidate must have:
Experience as a wok chef within a busy Chinese / Thai kitchen
Complete experience with the art of the wok
Ability to deliver fresh food to the highest standards
Experience in working in a busy environment
A great personality who is driven and easy to get along with
Knowledge & understanding of Chinese / Thai cuisine
Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
The ability to work under pressure
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per weekCore skills required Ability to speak and understand English
