The Governors of Norbury Hall Primary school are seeking to appoint an exemplary practitioner to support the continued learning journey of our school. We are looking to appoint a talented and self-motivated teacher who will contribute to the life of the school. The successful candidate must be able to show that they:
·Are an outstanding teacher
·Understand the practice and purpose of a creative curriculum and have experience of implementing it.
·Plan creatively to ensure that all learners make progress, with an understanding of child centred approaches and recognise the importance of a learning experience that is bespoke to our learners and fully inclusive to all.
·Understand how to assess learning recognising the value of planning, recording and reporting as appropriate.
·Can successfully deploy other adults to meet needs essential for learning successes in the classroom.
