Do you have a proven experience in ICT infrastructure support and development with a strong knowledge of M related products and excellent collaboration and communication skills? The Council has an exciting opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills in this area and aid with successful delivery of council’s Programme of Work and the wider North Lanarkshire Council vision.
Join our dynamic technology teams at North Lanarkshire Council as an Infrastructure Support Officer within the Digital Workplace team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining secure Digital Workplace solutions which support the delivery of Council services and priorities.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital workplace, through the effective management and support of on-premises and cloud environments, managing the infrastructure to maintain security and compliance across the supported solutions, alongside supporting the relevant contracts and licencing through supplier interactions to maximise business value.
This position involves close collaboration with Business & Digital technology and security teams to manage and enhance our Digital Workplace environment, including the M Admin Centre, Identity, Teams, SharePoint and other M products such as Co-pilot and Power Automate.
