We are looking for Consultants to join our growing corporate tax team in Cambridge. We take your development very seriously and foster a nurturing environment. Joining our team will allow you to:
- gain exposure to a diverse national and international client base, including large corporates, private equity backed and owner managed businesses;
- provide advice to a range of clients across a variety of projects, including transaction related tax advisory support (e.g. UK/cross-border transactions and demergers/restructurings, post-acquisition implementation and exit readiness), advising on key tax value drivers and complex tax developments (e.g. transfer pricing and Pillar Two) and supporting with the full range of corporate tax advisory services;
- get involved in client business development activities;
- develop your technical skills either by receiving training and coaching or by providing it to more junior members of our team; and
be part of a team that cares about you as an individual - and encourages you to be yourself, in a nurturing environment.

- ACA/CTA Qualification or equivalent qualifications is preferred
- Significant experience working within a tax environment is preferred, although applications from qualified individuals with experience of other disciplines (e.g., audit) would be considered
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as sound written and oral skills
- Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- The ability to analyse information, identify issues and prioritise them
- Having a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive culture

Our comprehensive range of services encompasses everything from the completion of tax returns (corporation tax self-assessment) to complex consultancy assignments and strategic tax planning. We advise on corporate and general tax, international M&A, stamp tax, cross-border transfer pricing, reorganisations and reconstructions, and competent authority negotiations.
