Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is hiring exclusively for their client, seeking to hire an experienced Paralegal/Legal Administrator (HYBRID Full or Part-Time) to work hybrid from modern offices in Bridgwater.

The working hours can be full-time or part-time, over four or five days per week. The hours are flexible to accommodate your schedule, ranging from 8:00 am-4:00 pm or 9:00 am-5:00 pm for full-time positions, with variations for part-time hours.

The hybrid working model allows you to work remotely from home for 3-4 days per week and in the office for 1-2 days per week. You also have the option to be office-based full-time if you prefer.

The annual salary is GBP 35,000 - GBP40,000 PA.

Key Responsibilities:

drawing up contracts (eg. partner agreements, Intercompany services agreements, engagement letters, etc) reviewing and agreeing external 3rd party contracts and agreements) managing employment contracts (and employment UK law) contract amendments arranging signatures of Financial Statements, Director Resolutions, etc collating and managing Corporate Documents (eg. Annual Returns, Shareholder Registers) acting as point of contact with external lawyers (for ongoing and new cases in UK and ROW) point of contact for all companies in the group (and Management Team) to provide advice re: new agreements, potential contract issues/breaches and be general "go to" legal info. person (UK & ROW) ad hoc research arranging and managing 3rd party relationships with external, specialist lawyers as and when required

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

To be successful in this role you will be required to have a Law Degree or experience with an accompanying set of strong written and verbal communication skills which can enable you to effectively communicate. Organisation skills is a must, as this job will require you to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will need to be both confident in your ability to work independently and collaboratively as you will be operating in a dynamic environment.
