Monarch Education are seeking qualified teacher to teach at a primary school in Bath. The role begins in September 2024, the school will consider ECTs. The role is teaching in Key Stage 2 and experience within this age group would be advantageous although not essential.

The school is based in BA1, it boasts a motivated school community which aims to push themselves and each other to be the best they can be. It is ranked 'Good' by Ofsted and is performing well across all subject areas. The school is easily accessed by car or public transport.

Pay Rates:

130 - 211 per day

Key responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality teaching and instruction to primary school students. Adhering to school policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive engagement and learning. Collaborating with teaching staff and school leaders to support the academic and personal development of students.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum. Proven experience working with primary-aged students. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents. Valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate (on the update service) or willingness to obtain one.
