Duties

Learn how to create dishes using the correct methods, getting every dish right
•Keep a safe and hygienic working environment
•Ensure food safety when storing, preparing and cooking food
•Working as part of a hospitality team

Requirements

Qualifications

English & Maths at level 1 or grad D GCSE preferred but not essential. If the candidate does not hold these qualifications on entry they must sit the Essential Skills Wales Level 1 in Application of Number & Communication. Passion – An interest in food/hospitality
Good personal Hygiene is a must
Positive outlook – you love every moment
Communication – Ability to work as part of a close hospitality team
Motivated – We see our apprentices as our future
