At Cavendish Nuclear we're working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a Implementation Lead at our Hinkley Point C site.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of the MEH Alliance on the prestigious Hinkley Point C Nuclear project. The alliance work across the project to integrate and coordinate the delivery of all main Mechanical, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (MEH), cabling and associated support services. This innovative approach will help different contractors work as a single entity to deliver the complex installation of cabling and pipework in the power station's vast network of rooms.

The role
As an Implementation Lead, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Being part of the MEH Alliance working on Hinkley Point C is a chance to be involved in a major project with national significance. Your mission is to secure the traceability of assets and their quality arrangements to ensure that throughout the build and during operation, the station can verify all components and operate/maintain appropriately.

Day-to-day, you'll ensure our system is setup to provide data to end of life in line with the requirements of the nuclear and construction regulations. Joining a our joint venture will provide you with great exposure across all partners and provides fantastic progression opportunities, as well as overseeing a team.

Deliver the MEH Joint Venture Implementation Plan Coordinate the MEH Joint Venture Asset Suite 9 User Training and Onboarding Ensure adoption and embedding of Asset Suite 9 across all MEH Joint Venture construction (Construction, Quality, Engineers etc.) Create weekly reports of progress against the Implementation Plan and associated Issue Management Working as an integral part of the wider Asset Suite 9 Team (NNB, SAM, D&IT, Warehouse etc.) Management and leadership of MEH Joint Venture AS9 Champions/Team Problem resolution (outside activities within the plan)

This role is full time, 38 hours per week, is based at Hinkley Point C.

Essential experience of the Implementation Lead

IT systems experience (SAP, Asset Suite) Leadership experience Ability to communicate cross functionally and with multiple stakeholders Experience working in a joint venture (desirable)
