We are actively looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Private Clients team - The role will be office based, with hybrid working options available. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful team and develop your experience and career within High-net-worth and Family Office insurance. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing appropriate advice on specialist subjects, ensuring referral opportunities are considered to drive overall client service and achieve business objectives.

About you:

  • You will be working closely with a Client Director looking after a large Family Office portfolio and other HNW & UHNW clients.

  • You will develop and maintain relationship with existing clients and have the ability to round out existing accounts.

  • You will be able to target and bring in new clients from the marketplace, by working your network and attending events.

  • You are responsible for establishing and managing each client a renewal strategy in accordance with the division's procedures/aims to maximise renewal success.

  • You will have extensive negotiation skills to negotiate with insurers and clients.

  • You will have solid relationships with the HNW & UHNW insurers

  • You will need to learn and have basic understanding of European Insurance Law and regulations. Knowledge of LUX permissions would be an advantage

  • You will ensure that clients are correctly and adequately insured for all of their insurance exposures and that correct advice is given.

  • You will liaise with Claims Handlers as required, to ensure the smooth progression of any claims.

  • You will ensure that premiums are paid in a timely fashion

  • You will actively support the business with a range of projects for the Division.

  • You will lead from the front, and support in developing and coaching junior members of the team.

  • You will be willing to travel to see clients, including overseas travel.
