What can I expect?

  • Year 1: Your learning journey starts here as you begin studying towards your Level 3 in Business Administration and rotating around the departments of Siemens Financial Services.
  • Year 2: Here you will continue your rotations and learning, working towards being successful at the End Point Assessment before completing the Diploma.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with internal and external customers through various communication methods in response to their queries.
  • Providing support to our sales teams and internal and external customers
  • Verifying document accuracy before new customer agreements go live
  • Processing incoming payments for rentals and settlements
  • Reviewing current and future assets and analyse our portfolio to mitigate risk and maximise reward
  • Chasing overdue rentals in a timely manner via telephone, letter and e-mail to minimise company losses
  • Creating and maintain customer data accuracy on our in-house platform
  • Identifying and deliver process improvement initiatives improving customer experience and efficiencies
What do I need to apply?

  • You will have achieved at least 5 GCSEs including Maths and English language at grade 4(C) or above and currently working towards either A Levels, BTEC or equivalent.
