Young Carer Support Worker

As a Young Carer Support Worker you’ll be part of our dedicated Carer Support Team, providing information, support, advice and guidance to young carers and their families across East Sussex. This includes providing one-to-one and group support by phone, online and face-to-face, as well as working with our partners in the NHS, Social Care and the voluntary sector.
You will be required to provide intensive and ongoing support to young carers with their transition to adult services, in particular, the Young Adult Carers (YAC) service.
This is a great opportunity to take on a rewarding role within a dynamic and passionate team making a real difference to carers’ lives.

Primary Location: Eastbourne with some travel within East Sussex. Hybrid and/or remote working available by agreement.
Part time hours will be considered
