CQC Inspection Readiness: This project aims to prepare Nottinghamshire County Council for the new process of inspection by the Care Quality Commission. Notts Care Record: This project aims to develop a new Shared Care Record, sharing key data among major data providers in Nottinghamshire, including mental health and community data, GPs, and three hospital trusts. The Big Conversation and Local Account: This project involves commissioning and co-ordinating a series of engagement activities and co-producing a public-facing strategy for Adult Social Care. I realised that a lot of the skills I had developed were transferrable to this role. I then successfully went on to become a project manager”
