The job itself

Gentleman of 65 who has a learning disability and Aspergers Syndrome requires a Support Worker for 3 hours per week to assist with social activities and accessing the community. The gentleman enjoys watching football on television, listening to music, and shopping. He has an interest in bird life and cats and has a love for most animals.

Support Worker must be flexible, honest and reliable. It is essential that applicants are motivated and able to use their own initiative whilst supporting this gentleman.

DBS/Reference checks will be required for this post – cost to be met by the local authority.
