Role: Sales Advisor in Partnership with the EON Energy

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week between Monday to Friday from 08.45am-5.15pm
Salary: £22,584.43 per year (£11.55 per hour) with an attractive bonus opportunity[AR1]
Candidates will be Handling inbound calls from customers who are looking to join EON Next as a supplier. We operate a one stop shop approach so you may handle some service demand from customers around homemoves/billing. We aim to resolve our customer demand at first instance
Occasionally they may be asked to help with outbound in which case they will be making calls to customers to retain business or to complete a homemove. However, please note their primary role will be inbound.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where there can be little to no gaps in calls, and you will be supporting our customers while navigating multiple systems.
You will need to be able to handle customer objections and potential complaints, ensuring you are doing the right thing for our customers.
When joining the Firstsource Family you will go through 4 weeks training both in a classroom environment and Academy which will be taking live calls with support on hand. This will be fully paid for, and you will have continuous support throughout the training process.
Please note
- You will need to be flexible between the hours of 10am and 8pm Monday - Friday
- The hour rate is £11.55 per hour; there will be an opportunity to earn a performance bonus of up to £350 per month based on performance (Attendance and Sales)
- You will work a total of 37.5 hours per week
- There are no weekends
- Training is provided and is paid for
