Reablement Support Workers

Here at we work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people in Grays Fair Court (an establishment made of 34 Housing with Care Flats) to make a positive difference. As a Support Worker (Reablement) you will assist people with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of helping them back to independents with these activities.

Grays Fair Court is part of the wider Norfolk FIrst Response Service and consists of self-contained flats with bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom. The Housing with Care Tenants also have access to 24 hour assessed care.

We have opportunities for day and night shift working on a part-time basis, worked across a two week rota pattern which includes alternate weekends and bank holidays. Our Night Shifts include a 10% enhancement to the basic pay, payable three times per year.

You need to be caring, empathetic and committed to making a difference to people’s lives. However, you do not need previous experience as full training will be given. In return, we offer a competitive salary, a range of employee benefits (including discounts on daily purchases) and:
