Tuesday - Thursday, 09:00-17:00

Home Working Consideration

Job Details

To monitor and enforce the licensing system established under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, Smoking, Health and Social Care (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Gambling Act 2005 all as amended from time to time as well as any relevant licensing legislation that might be enacted.

To promote key licensing objectives, preventing crime and disorder, securing public safety, preventing public nuisance, protecting and improving public health, and protecting children and young persons from harm.
