A quick look at the role.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work full-time within the Employee Services (HR) team in Cressex, High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong administration, organisational and computer skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

This position is a hands-on role involving the use of many personal skills such as relationship management and workflow management.

  • Supporting and actioning all workflow relating to 'Work Assignments' by following a process guide which will be provided.


Here's what we require:
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, especially in Excel).
  • Strong Administrative Experience.
  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the business including Senior Management.
  • Be smart and presentable, be able to plan, organise and prioritise your workload.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • A flexible attitude towards your workload, assisting and supporting colleagues where necessary.
