We are looking for friendly and professional Front of House member to join our team and be the face of our esteemed training ground.
  • Greet and assist visitors, staff, and players with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Handle enquiries efficiently, directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure compliance
  • Provide exceptional service to all guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Assist with any required administrative tasks
  • Coordinate the use of facilities, ensuring they are set up and maintained to high standards
  • Support the planning and execution of events hosted at the training ground, ensuring smooth operations
About you:
  • Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
