Team Size: 6 Chefs

Restaurant size: 65 covers

Daily Covers: 200 when busy

Reports to: Head Chef

Nearest Transport: Oxford Circus

We are looking for an experienced multi rosette or Michelin trained sous chef to open a lunch concept in a high-end department store. Hours can only be until 7pm so no late nights

This is a new opening and will be a fine dining seasonal British restaurant with 65 covers and some high profile events.

You will be working the sections and assisting in leading a team of 5 or 6 chefs through service and aiming for 200 covers per day.

We are looking for a real professional that can come in and motivate the team to by setting standards in the kitchen and monitoring high standards.

This would suit someone with a Michelin background or multi-rosette experience. You could be the sous chef we are looking for so – Apply Today
