A strong Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef wanted for a beautiful privately owned & very well established restaurant located in Broadstairs. Independent operation that is passionate about food, wine & excellent service. This opportunity would suit someone that has worked in informal or formal high quality restaurants or gastro's - ideally Rosetted.
This is a Senior Sous Chef / Sous Chef role that isn't going to be for everyone. It's aimed at a Sous Chef who is growing tired of thankless corporate contingency and all of the daily tick box exercises and the paperwork that goes with it - or Sous Chefs who think their only two options are to either get a job managing a large team & push for HC within 6 - 12 months or set up on their own. It's for a Sous Chef who know that there is a lot more to running a restaurant business than just running shifts. It's for those who want the term "my guests" to actually mean something. Perhaps most importantly it's for Chefs in companies who don't want to lose the fire in their belly simply because their current company has got nothing else to offer them.
