Our facilities are outstanding. With a £10+ million investment, our school boasts state-of-the-art classrooms, fantastic IT facilities, our own on-site Alternative Provision (Headway), and an unrivaled on-site Sports Village which includes a full-size 3G football pitch, a skate park and a dance studio. As a result of the school being oversubscribed year on year, we are expanding our facilities with the addition of a new teaching block comprising six specialist and general classrooms, which will be ready in 2025.

We are currently looking for a passionate, dedicated and highly motivated Teacher of Maths with the skills and ambition to deliver successful outcomes in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will be joining a close-knit, dynamic team at Baysgarth who are brilliantly led and who consistently achieve some of the highest outcomes in the school.

We are oversubscribed in almost every single year group, which reflects the first-class facilities we have on site as well as our fantastic students and staff who make the school a great place to learn. We pride ourselves on achieving outstanding outcomes in a school with an inclusive ethos that has superb pastoral care and a strong commitment to staff mental health and work-life balance.

Baysgarth School is an 11-16 comprehensive and will have over 1,000 students on roll from September; a number that is predicted to rise even further over the next few years. The successful candidate will be expected to have pride, passion, positivity and vision and a desire to ensure the school has the highest possible reputation in the local community and beyond.
