We are recruiting for a full time and part time Recruitment Advisor.

Join our dynamic team at Hillingdon Council as a Talent Acquisition Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. In this vital position, you'll be the architect of exceptional recruitment experiences, both for candidates and line managers. Your mission: to streamline our recruitment processes, ensuring they're not only effective but also resonate with our core values of professionalism and efficiency.

We are entering an exciting time of implementing a new ATS and you will be pivotal as part of this project.

Key Responsibilities include:

As the custodian of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you'll wield it to its full potential, maintaining impeccable standards and empowering hiring managers with your expert coaching. Your knack for crafting compelling job adverts will position Hillingdon as the employer of choice, attracting top talent to our diverse and inclusive team.

Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment spectrum—from processing requests to championing our equality, diversity, and inclusion principles. You'll ensure our brand's vision is echoed in every communication and support our managers to deliver feedback that nurtures growth.

About you

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in recruitment, whether it be in-house or within an agency setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Your exceptional communication skills will shine through in every interaction, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. You will be great at building relationships with the internal HR team but wider line managers too.

Timeliness is key, and you'll be instrumental in ensuring all roles are addressed promptly and effectively with excellent customer service.
