About the Role

The Higher Education Data Analyst role forms part of the Product function; this role works across the Higher Education digital ecosystem by planning and undertaking insight analysis and providing analytics and insight services to inform Product strategic decision-making.

Key activities will be to design and develop product insights, data tools, and dashboards to inform and execute on content & product strategy and fulfil market & customer need.

The role will be responsible for a range of product analytics to prioritize the importance of evidence-based insights, champion the creation and maintenance of good data, translate data into action, and communicate findings to help drive change.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

About You

Essential:
  • Analytics suite skills e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, DataStudio
  • Data visualisation skills e.g. Tableau
  • Ability to synthesize information from data and analytics and convert this into accessible reports or presentations
  • Ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload, meeting deadlines set and working on own initiative

Desirable:
  • Understanding of SEO principles and practices
