Are you a dedicated Clinical Deputy Hospital Manager (RMN or RNLD) looking for an exciting opportunity in Bradford, West Yorkshire? Our client, a leading specialist mental health service, is seeking a passionate individual to join their team. This role involves managing mental health care for males across three wards, including acute service, PICU, and a specialised Autism Spectrum Disorder Service.

This role offers a fantastic salary of £65,000 per annum, with the added benefit of working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. You'll enjoy a range of perks including a company pension scheme, free life assurance, and paid leave for your birthday and work anniversary.

As a Clinical Deputy Hospital Manager, you will:

  • Provide direction and contemporary initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice.
  • Ensure delivery of optimum clinical and therapeutic care.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
  • Deliver against key performance indicators.
  • Lead and deliver the hospital strategy as part of the Senior Management team.
  • Offer operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group in support of the Hospital Manager.
