With Intelligence is a reputable and innovative business intelligence company providing valuable insights and data to clients in the asset management industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Management Accountant to join our finance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, payroll posting, full P&L review and balance sheet reconciliation, along with submitting tax returns and liaising with auditors for annual audit along with helping the team with ad hoc tasks. You will also play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely financial information to support processes within the organization.

Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Management Accountant or similar role
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent logic and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional certification such as CIMA or ACCA is preferred
